2. Services Provided
Growzio provides the following professional services:
Web design and development (custom sites, eCommerce, landing pages, web apps)
Graphic design and brand identity
Social media management and strategy
All service scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before project commencement through a written proposal or contract.
3. Project Engagements
All client projects are governed by a separate project agreement or proposal that outlines scope, milestones, fees, and intellectual property terms. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such agreement. In case of conflict, the specific project agreement takes precedence.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences on any project.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.
Invoices are payable within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in project suspension or a late fee of 2% per month.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership and rights to all final deliverables created specifically for their project.
Growzio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Cancellation & Refunds
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable and any completed work to date is billable.
If Growzio cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a proportionate refund will be issued for work not yet completed.
